Ever since the NDA came into being, there's been nothing but uncertainty for the nuclear industry. We've got BNFL being sold off, the NDA wanting faster decommissioning, and the Government still to make up its mind about whether or not we'll get new nuclear power stations. I'm a highly skilled person, but at the moment I just can't see where my future lies or whether Cogent can do anything that will help me to stay in a job in the future. This, for me, is the key agenda for Prospect.
